Exceptional Physical Therapist Job in Phoenix, AZ

Orthopedic Sports Therapy is hiring for an exceptional physical therapist job in Phoenix, AZ, at our clinic on East Ray Road, and we want to hear from licensed clinicians who enjoy thinking hard about why a patient hurts. Our practice delivers exceptional physical therapy and related health services to our local community, supporting and enabling people to get healthy and stay healthy throughout their lives, in order to live life to its fullest. That mission shapes how we treat patients, and it shapes how we treat each other.

Ortho Cases That Reward Clear Thinking

This is an engaging, stimulating and diverse outpatient orthopedic clinic. We enjoy the challenge of using advanced clinical reasoning to arrive at the diagnosis and treatment plan, and we care sincerely about each patient and each visit. Your days center on orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis and assessment, developing a plan of care, carrying out treatment, and reassessing as often as needed to adjust the plan.

We want you to look past the symptom. With solid assessment and clinical reasoning tools, you will work to understand the root of the problem and the underlying factors that led to the injury. You will also teach patients what you find, build rapport, and learn how to work with each individual person in front of you. When it helps a patient’s care, you will talk with referring providers and build a relationship with the patient’s medical team, collaborating with other professionals.

Mentoring You Can Count On

We support each other, grow with each other and have fun doing it. Mentoring here is thorough and structured: weekly engagement with senior clinicians, regular feedback and practice sessions, so that you can learn and grow into the best physical therapist you can be. Protected and guaranteed time keeps that mentoring from slipping off the calendar.

We also try to take friction out of the paperwork side of the job. We follow best practices for documentation and billing, with efficient and streamlined evaluation and daily notes, and an AI assistant helps save time. The salary for this full-time role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Our clinic works best when colleagues are collaborative, team-oriented, supportive and helpful to one another. If that is how you want to practice, this on-site position in Phoenix was written with you in mind, and we would be glad to talk with you about it. Bring your questions about the clinic and the mentoring, and we will answer them.

Compensation:

  • $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive, structured mentoring with advanced clinicians, with protected and guaranteed time
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid Holidays
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) plan with 4% matching
  • Life insurance
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Continuing education allowance
  • Optional a la carte benefits, including dental insurance, accident insurance, long-term disability and short-term disability

If this sounds like the clinic you have been looking for, please apply. We would love to meet you and show you how mentoring works here.
