Exceptional Physical Therapist Job in Tempe, AZ

Orthopedic Sports Therapy is hiring for an exceptional physical therapist job in Tempe, AZ, and we are looking for a licensed clinician who enjoys working out why a patient hurts and how to help them recover. Our practice delivers exceptional physical therapy and related health services to our local community, supporting and enabling people to get healthy and stay healthy throughout their lives, in order to live life to its fullest. That mission guides how we care for patients and how we care for each other. If you want an outpatient orthopedic clinic where the work is engaging and the team is supportive, we would like to meet you.

Ortho Cases That Reward Clear Thinking

Our Tempe clinic is an engaging, stimulating and diverse outpatient orthopedic setting. We enjoy the challenge of using advanced clinical reasoning to arrive at the diagnosis and treatment plan, and we care sincerely about each patient and each visit. Your days center on orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis and assessment, developing a plan of care, carrying out treatment, and reassessing as often as needed so the plan keeps fitting the person in front of you. Because the clinic sees such a diverse mix of orthopedic cases, no two days look exactly alike.

We want you to look past the symptom. With solid assessment and clinical reasoning tools, you will work to understand the root of the problem and the underlying factors that led to the injury. You will teach patients what you find, build rapport, and learn how to work with each individual person. When it helps a patient’s care, you will communicate with referring providers and build relationships with the patient’s medical team, collaborating with other professionals.

Good documentation and billing practices matter here, and we want them to be efficient. Evaluations and daily notes are streamlined, and you will use an AI assistant to save time on them.

Mentoring That Is Built Into Your Week

Growing as a clinician is a shared effort at Orthopedic Sports Therapy. We support each other, grow with each other and have fun doing it. Mentoring here is thorough and structured: you will engage weekly with senior clinicians, receive regular feedback, and take part in practice sessions designed to help you become the best physical therapist you can be.

That mentoring time is protected and guaranteed, and it is part of how we invest in the people on our team. We also look for a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Being supportive and helpful to your colleagues is part of how our clinic works day to day.

Compensation:

  • $85,000 to $100,000 per year

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive, structured mentoring with advanced clinicians, protected and guaranteed time
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • 401(k) plan with 4% matching
  • Life Insurance
