Exceptional Physical Therapist Job in Phoenix, AZ
Orthopedic Sports Therapy is hiring for an exceptional physical therapist job in Phoenix, AZ, and we are looking for a licensed clinician who wants to practice with curiosity, care and a team that has your back. Our practice delivers exceptional physical therapy and related health services to our local community, supporting people to get healthy and stay healthy throughout their lives so they can live life to its fullest. Everything we do is guided by four values: vibrancy, fun, integrity and abundance, for our staff and for our patients.
An Outpatient Ortho Clinic That Keeps You Thinking
Our Phoenix clinic is an engaging, stimulating and diverse outpatient orthopedic setting. We enjoy the challenge of using advanced clinical reasoning to arrive at the diagnosis and treatment plan, and we care sincerely about each patient and each visit. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, build plans of care, and keep reassessing so the plan changes as your patient does.
The goal is never just to quiet a symptom. You will use your assessment and clinical reasoning tools to understand the root of the problem and the underlying factors that led to the injury, then explain it in a way that builds rapport and helps each individual patient understand their own care. You will also communicate with referring providers and build relationships with the patient’s wider medical team, collaborating with other professionals along the way.
Mentoring That Is Built Into Your Week
We support each other, grow with each other and have fun doing it. For us that starts with thorough, structured mentoring: weekly engagement with senior clinicians, regular feedback and practice sessions, all designed to help you learn and grow into the best physical therapist you can be. That mentoring time is protected and guaranteed, so it does not get pushed aside when the schedule gets busy.
We also want your documentation to be efficient and your time well spent. You will follow best practices for documentation and billing, with streamlined evaluation and daily notes, using an AI assistant to save time. The compensation for this full-time role is $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Collaboration matters here. We are looking for a team-oriented colleague who is supportive and helpful to the people around them, because the values we hold, vibrancy, fun, integrity and abundance, show up in how teammates treat each other as much as in how we treat patients. This is an on-site role at our clinic in Phoenix, where you will work alongside clinicians who share what they know and who want to see you succeed.
Compensation:
- $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Benefits:
