Personal Training With OST Athletics

  • Initial assessment and programming design by Ryan Denny, DPT, Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.



  • Weekly updated training programs based on your individual status, goals and fitness.



  • Specific weight training and/or endurance training based on your goals.



  • Strength training programs are created based on individual testing; one rep max or ten rep max, depending on the person.



  • Programming is designed to target either muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power, according to your goals.
