Jenna Tabaczka, PT, DPT, COMT, Cert DN
Jenna, a Michigan native, has been in the valley since 2008. She earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
Her approach to physical therapy affords patients a tailor-made experience that is unique to their individual presentation. Jenna is passionate about empowering each patient to take an active role in their healthcare to maximize outcomes and promote independence.
Outside of physical therapy, Jenna loves spending time with family and friends, staying active with outdoor adventures, traveling, and hanging with her puppies.
