Quarantine 15 weighing you down?
With the gyms closed, working from home and the heat ramping up, activities levels may be soaring down. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your fitness and health while we have to stay inside! There are some great ways to still exercise and eat right, here are some great ideas from our team.

“My dog has all of this pent up energy ever since the dog park closed. We started hiking to get us both out of the house and let him run around like a crazy pup. It has been great being outside and enjoying nature.”-JJ
“The hardest part working from home has been the mindless trips to the fridge. I started stocking the fridge with easy to grab snacks that are healthy, like ready to eat blueberries, sliced apples and diced watermelon. Also, drinking lots of water helps!”-Pam
